# Privacy Policy for Lexigram

**Last updated: July 13, 2026**

This Privacy Policy explains how Lexigram ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. Lexigram is a word‑puzzle game published by Nylius. We have designed the app to be privacy‑friendly: in its current version, your information stays on your device.

## The short version

- Lexigram does **not** have user accounts and does **not** require you to sign up.
- The app stores your chosen display name, selected country, avatar choice, and your game progress and statistics **only on your device**.
- We do **not** collect, transmit, sell, or share this information with us or any third party.
- The current version of Lexigram contains **no advertising** and **no in‑app purchases**, and uses **no analytics or tracking tools**.
- Future versions may introduce advertising and in‑app purchases. If they do, we will update this policy to describe exactly what data those features involve **before** they go live (see "Future features" below).

## Information stored on your device

When you use Lexigram, the following information is saved locally on your device so the game can function and remember your progress:

- The display name you choose during setup.
- The country you select.
- The avatar you select.
- Your gameplay data, such as puzzles played, wins, streaks, level progress, achievements, in‑game coins, and settings preferences (sound, music, vibration).

This information is stored using your device's local storage. It never leaves your device, is not sent to any server we operate, and is not accessible to us. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is permanently deleted.

## Information we do not collect (current version)

We want to be clear about what the current version of Lexigram does **not** do:

- We do not collect personal information such as your real name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
- We do not create profiles about you.
- We do not use advertising identifiers or serve ads.
- We do not use third‑party analytics, tracking, or advertising software development kits (SDKs).
- We do not share or sell any information to third parties.

## Permissions

Lexigram may request the following device permission:

- **Vibration** — used only to provide haptic feedback during gameplay (for example, when you type or complete a puzzle). This permission does not access any personal data. You can disable vibration at any time in the app's Settings.

## Future features (advertising and in‑app purchases)

We are planning to add advertising and in‑app purchases to Lexigram in a future update. These features are **not** part of the current version and are **not** active yet.

When we introduce them, they will involve third‑party services — for example, an advertising network and the Google Play billing system. Those services may collect information such as a device advertising identifier, general device information, and app‑usage signals in order to show ads or process purchases. This collection is performed by those third parties under their own privacy policies, not by us.

Before any such feature becomes active in the app, we will:

- Update this Privacy Policy to name the third‑party services involved and describe what they collect.
- Update the app's Google Play "Data Safety" information to reflect the change.
- Where required by law (for example, for users in the European Union and United Kingdom), present an in‑app consent choice regarding personalized advertising.

Until you see this policy updated with those details, no advertising or purchase‑related data is being collected.

## Children's privacy

Lexigram is intended for a general audience. The current version does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children, because it stores data only on the device and transmits nothing. If future advertising features are added, we will ensure they are configured in line with the applicable rules for the app's audience.

## Links to external services

The app's Settings screen may contain links to external pages, such as the Google Play store listing (to rate the app) or the device's share function. If you follow a link to a third‑party service, that service's own privacy policy will apply. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external services.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves — in particular when the future features described above are introduced. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version, and material changes affecting data collection will be described here before the relevant feature becomes active.
